Title: SE 21 often adds a space to the end of a line

Hi:

In version 20, I highlighted an issue in a post here:

It was said that this issue of extra space would be fixed in Version 21, however I am still seeing this issue.

There's a fix in for the next beta for this.  My original idea of the problem's cause was wrong, so it ended up being an easier fix than I expected.

The one user-visible effect of this change is that beautifying on autocomplete is now grouped under the "Beautify while typing" setting, rather than the "Beautify alias expansions".  Which seems to make more sense.

Thanks. By next beta you mean beta3? Or is it in the current beta2?
