Title: Diffzilla Horribly Broken

Well, the title says it all. I'm doing a Version Control Diff with most up to date version. In the attachments, Snapshot 5 shows the output of the CVS diff command. Snapshot 6 and 7 show SlickEdit's diff output.

This is done with version 18.0.1.2 with all cumulative hotfixes loaded.

This is just really bad.

I put in some code to try to leverage CVS's built-in diff command display our results based on that.  I'm going to change it back to the way it used to work.  There will be a hotfix soon.
