Title: Slick stack auto reporting...
Post by: jporkkahtc on September 08, 2016, 11:31:16 pm
If it doesn't already, Slick oughta auto-report SlickStacks as part of Tools > Options > Application Options > Product Improvement Program

Then you guys would have a much more accurate picture of the total number of these, and how frequently each unique instance occurs.

Is the PIP data file written to disk someplace we could look at?
How often does it get uploaded?

Looks like it's sent every 7 days.

pip.xml and pip.xml.zip are deleted quickly after they are sent. You would have to avoid the _pip_clean_up() function code. Then you should at least have pip.xml.zip in your config directory.

I thought Slick-C stacks generate pip data but I'm not seeing where this pip data gets added.
