Title: save-named-state load-named-state loads multiple copies of files

If I use load-named state repeatedly, each time it is used, it loads a "new copy" of each file (I think).  The file tabs show multiple windows for the same buffer.  I have "one file per window" set.  I think load-named-state is not closing files that were open when the command was executed.

Change line 1948 in restore.e to the following:
