Title: Open a New Line Above or Below

In CUA emulation (the default), you can use Ctrl+Enter (bound to the nosplit_insert_line command) to open a new line below the current line, and Ctrl+Shift+Enter (nosplit_insert_line_above) to open a new line above the current line.
