Title: File format for Project Properties->Import
Post by: ronneseth on December 05, 2007, 11:13:22 pm
All,

There is nothing in the help (or in the forums, as far as I can tell) for the "Import" feature under Project->Project Properties {Files Tab}->Import.  What kind of file can you import?  What format must the file be in?

I would like to make a file with a few directories whose files I'd like to put in the project.  Is this feature going to do it for me?

I tried to make a file with a directory on each line, but that just crashed SlickEdit.

Thanks,
Andreas

This can be use to add files to a project specified in a prev. prepared file.
Have a look here for some more details/examples: http://community.slickedit.com/index.php?topic=2038.msg8533#msg8533
Good luck, HS2

Thank you!

...however, it didn't quite fix my problem.

I'm having the same problems as you described in the thread, but the fix didn't work.  Could you please take a look at that thread as I posted a reply to that thread so we keep it all in one place.

Thanks,
Andreas
