Title: WebHelp - Internet search for selection or word under cursor
Post by: chrisant on July 21, 2009, 07:32:02 pm
Purpose:
Uses your favorite internet search engine to search for the selection or word under the cursor.
I recommend binding it to Shift+F1.

Written For:
SlickEdit 12, 13, 14.

Installation:
1.  Copy the WebHelp.e file to your custom macros folder.
2.  Load the WebHelp.e file.
3.  Use the Macros|Load Macro... command to load the macro module.
4.  Bind a key to the new WebHelp command (I recommend binding Shift+F1).
5.  Read the comments at the top of the WebHelp.e file for information on how to configure the search URL (the default is Bing).

The forum must have lost the file somehow.  Uploaded it to the forum again.
