(Cygwin, Multiple Windows) on Windows 7.
I double clicked the title so that it went full screen. However, I'm seeing lots of jerky refreshes (entire window appears to draw a few pixels down and then redraw where it belongs) when using colon commands (the first ':' is all that is needed to reproduce this). It appears to reproduce 3 or 4 times and then finally behave (e.g., : <esc> : <esc> : <esc> ...) when it behaves, all I need to do is move the cursor in my window and it will start acting up again with the next colon command.
It doesn't appear to do it when in a normal window mode, only when the window is full screen.
