Bug in references window

There seems to be a bug in references window in SE. It was introduced with either version 23.0.1 or with one of the latest hot-fixes - I only started noticing it recently. It seems that when you have a bunch of references, first reference in the file and file entry itself point to the same place in the code. See attached screencast.

There was a bug in the most recent hot fix that caused the preview and references window preview not to updated immediately.  It will be fixed in the next hot fix.

@Denis,
Is there a quick workaround for this problem? I am relying on references search quite a lot and this bug bothers me. Alternatively, what version and hot fix I can roll back to make it disappear?
