Debugger: Support Ctrl+C in Locals tool

I select a line in "Locals", and press Ctrl+C
It copies the line of text out of the text editor.
It should copy the selected line in Locals.

Ideally, locals would also support multi-select and Ctrl+C would copy all selected lines.

That is not a bad idea.  I'll add a feature request to our bug database. 

Also there is a right-click menu in Locals which has several options for copying or saving items.
