I can get history information and commit.  I cannot get differences to work.  The only way I could get any information was to use the following as my CVSROOT.  I stole the extssh idea from Eclipse.  Note that I have to manually edit vslick.ini to have this CVSROOT. We do not use pserver to access our CVS server.

CVSROOT=:extssh:mkempisty@telecom:/home/cvs

Could not check out whatever previous version of the file I want to compare against

and

cvs [checkout aborted]: /home/cvs/CVSROOT: No such file or directory
