I just opened C:\python27\lib\telnetlib.py
Ctrl+G goto 400
Ctrl+G goto 576
On the 2nd goto, the editor didn't visibly change at all until I used the arrow keys to move a bit. Then the text jumps and line 576 is visible and things seem to work normally.
When I tried to repro, it worked as expected - showing line 576.
I then tried a couple of more times and found that it happens sometimes, but not reliably.
Seems similar to the problem I've seen in SearchResults once in a while where I can use the arrow keys to move the cursor down past the bottom of the window, but the window never scrolls. Once I get it re-synced, then it works fine and I can't repro it.
