When changing active project in pulldown, configurations pulldown doesn't change

This issue occurs in 22.0.2.1 hotfix 11 on Linux x64, CentOS 7.2.

I did not try it in the beta, as my colleague reported this issue and he isn't using the beta. I don't know if this issue occurs in the beta or not - you can find out.

Look for active_proj_pulldown.txt on support. It has the instructions for downloading the tarball (extract it with "tar xvf active_proj_pulldown.tar.xz"), then look for the README inside of it for instructions on how to repro.

user.cfg.xml was not enough to repro, so I put the entire 22.0.2 configuration directory in there as I didn't have time to figure out which exact files are needed for repro.

Reproduced. Looking into this

Added a hot fix for this for the next hot fix build. This issue only occurs when the Projects tool window is not open.

This will be fixed in v23 beta 5
