License invalid

I downloaded my license per the email I received in November, and now I'm upgrading to v28.  But I'm unable to apply the license because it says the license is invalid.  My last Maintenance and Support purchase was 19 July 2023 so my license should still be good.  How do I apply my license to the software?

I'm having the same issue with my V28 license file i downloaded in Nov 2023 per their SlickEdit communication.  I have e-mailed sales and support at SlickEdit, waiting to hear back.  My maintenance and support is through July 2024.
