The V29-and-earlier license does not work... how do we get a V30 license...?

I just noticed this post, but when I look at my inbox, the last e-mail I got from sales was for last year's upgrade. When were the notices sent out?

I found the email from my previous update, it wasn't a notification, it was the receipt and license for the upgrade.

You have to see that a new version is available and request the upgrade license by emailing support.

BTW I got the V30 announcement by email this afternoon (and immediately asked sales for an upgrade, of course

I liked it better when I could go to the website where all my products are and download the license file right then and there. Now I have to wait for it.
