Beta 3 - Alphabetic file tab order in descending order

The new file tabs are in descending alphabetic order. Apparently changing the tab sort order to any of the available options in the Editor Windows option page is ineffective.

That feature has not been ported over to the new MDI tabs yet.

Seems like beta 4 is still lacking the tab sort order functionality.
