B8: Installation for Win7 needs option for adding to Task bar, not Quick Launch

Win7 uses icons on the Task Bar for quick launching apps. Although the Quick Launch Bar can be added back into Win7 manually, the preferred method is to use the icons on the Task Bar. During SE install, it asks about the Quick Launch Bar, but not the Task Bar.

Good point.  I'll file a feature request for this change.

Whilst you're there, could I ask for the destination Start Menu folder to be settable as well, please? Especially important in W7 which has a very restricted start menu view compared to XP.
